Vincent assists people overcome their limits and improve their general well-being and mobility through Remedial, Swedish, Deep tissue and Sport massages As an athlete himself, he understands and can relate to sports injuries and chronic pain associated with sport. He has experience working with professional and sports’ oriented individuals to help them achieve peak performance, prepare and recover after races and competitions. He has been training for many years at a top level and using Massage Therapy as a way to prepare in the best possible way for race day. Vincent has a great understanding of the functional body and is now committed to helping his patients perform at their best in their everyday life and sports performance.
